Very rude and not good people to deal with
This is the worst place to rent from they do not care about what happen as long as they are receiving their monthly payment. The AC at my place has been broken for months I have written countless letters call and email and still have yet to have someone reply back to me. They are just the worst.
Do not recommend anyone to rent from them ( they also goes by a name SCJ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) , the do not respond to messages, they do not come out to fix anything. They will ignore your phone calls. The properties are f...cked up !!! Ac been broken for months and they’re too cheap to pay a company to come fix it so they keep sending these little fake maintenance guys and it breaks down the same day, it takes maintenance over a month to come out and fix anything that’s broken. Worst reality company EVERRRR !!!
Unprofessional, very disrespectful was verbally abusive to us because we didn't purchase a property from them. Not a good method of approach for a business....
