Food would get a 5 star. Service a 1 star so that's why I chose 3. Our server seemed irritated the whole time. The table was sticky so we asked for a wet paper towel to wipe it down and she said rudely I guess I can do that. The food order took 70 minutes and people there before us got food. We saw onr platter of dood sit for 20 and it ended up being ours. We had to ask for forks, napkins, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce etc. Basic things we shouldn't have to ask for. This server needs to understand the basics of service.
We purchased fish here before and today as well. Decided to have lunch there as well. Clure had fish and chips and I had fish and shrimp tacos. It was really good! As far as we are concerned it's better than Puckett's Boathouse! We are will be back!
I was there with a large group of people. Having been there before, I knew that the service could be slow, but didn't mind because the food is good. What I didn't expect was that the server lost all the tickets for our table of five and didn't tell us until one of us asked her, then she didn't seem to care.
