Let me start with this - I NEVER provide feedback, it is a huge waste of my time and mostly unwarranted... That said, I recently was given the Gulf Coast A/C folks as a recommendation..., I've been thru about 4 a/c companies in my 8 years in the area. I am ecstatic, after 2 visits with Randy at Gulf Coast a/c - Don't go any further - call Gulf Coast a/c - don't ask for Randy - HE'S BUSY HELPING ME!!!!

I hired a non-emergency appointment because my AC was not working. I have a condo in St Pete Beach. The owner, Darren came out. He quoted me $120 when I explained the problem on the phone. He was at my home for 2 hours but spent less than that time because he was talking to employees working on other jobs at other sites. He probably did 1 hours work. He disconnected my defrost something on my control panel outside to make it work. I did not really understand why. My unit is under warranty so that was not the best solution. H... read more
