Not the worst experience, but not the best. Overpriced, and while the technician was pleasant, he and the business owner were a bit grumpy and difficult. They came out for one emergency follow-up and spent a long time outside with the unit. They kept showing me numbers that proved the unit was working, but did not provide any pictures of the repairs they did, and the unit was fixed for maybe a day or two, but then went back to normal sub-par operation. Dave came out today to unclog a drain. He was on time and very knowledgable. I've used these folks for years.
Dave came out and helped me get the air working again in my home. He was on time, very nice, knowledgeable and confident when he left, the problem was fixed, and it was! Thanks Gulf Coast, I would highly recommend you!
