I completed the partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs and had a great experience. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Guidelight!
While the website claims this service is trauma informed and person centered, these are just buzz words in practice. Rigid Policies like limiting completion of Pfml only to the specific period they are able to bill for even if admission was delayed to to availability puts their clients are real financial risk. Additionally their online IOP is a heavily branded PowerPoint and lecture with little interactivity and likely only minimal room for the facilitators to actually tailor content to participants.
