Today I finished my last day of IOP and I would like to give another huge thanks to the entire Guidelight staff. I was hesitant at first and wasn’t too fond of the idea of group therapy, but this has completely changed my view on that. I plan to recommend Guidelight to anyone I feel like they might benefit from it.
