I would absolutely recommend Guide Insurance, especially Karen Lollar!! I had car insurance with USAA for YEARS paying (come to find out) way more than I am now that I switched to Progressive thanks to Karen! If you’ve paid the same rate for a while, it is definitely worth it to take a few minutes and give her a call!

Guide Insurance Agency has been a long time provider of home and car insurance for me. I have had the same person to call when ever I needed answers to any questions. I have had an excellent experience with this Company.
Recently changed insurance agencies and I called lots of places around Trussville. Guide was far and away the friendliest and most helpful staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Karen was extremely helpful, very efficient, and genuinely kind. She helped me get the best rate and plan for my renewal. She also explained how that will help me get a significant price reduction. I will never go anywhere else!

Guide Insurance in Trussville is they have one most beautiful facility and Laura and Pam and Mike they just makes you feel right at home when you go inside they facility anytime I call them and have a question hey I get the answer I need I don't have no problems if I need them to send over something to my phone for me they all do it and that I've been times I had to call them and ask them to send my insurance papers to me and hey it was just beautiful the way that they handled everything for me and I enjoy it being a client ... read more
