AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL... Recently went here for the first time to have a paper cutter blade sharpened. When I walked in, 3 people turned from their desks and looked at me, then turned back around without saying anything! I was led to believe that blades were still sharpened on site, but later found out they are shipped out. I was told job would be finished "within a week" but it took them three weeks. Took blade in on a Friday and they only ship out on Thursdays, so they knew full well it would ta... read more
