My employees do not have access and all I can get on the phone is an AI assistant that cannot help with this matter. I tried logging onto the Avigilon website as your AI assistant instructed and I get a message on the website saying - "Oops! Your user profile currently has no permission to access this portal. We've used them for over a year and almost everything is great, but the customer service reps are really not helpful with getting our employees set up with their access app. Having my employees call me to open the gate, then open the garage, then close everything twice a day is getting really annoying.
We needed storage for our RV quickly. It was very easy to reserve as we needed it same day. Customer service, Lynn was very informative.
I've used them a few times and everytime it's been an easy experience. Facilities have always been clean and well kept.
