Great customer experience and helpful in selecting the unit which best fit my needs
My experience thus far is not going well. I have been a customer for 24 hours. I signed my lease providing all of the required documents. Unfortunately I am unable to proceed with the app. I called customer service thinking they would help me. They cannot and they are unable to get me to anyone who can. I have tried calling three times and sent a email. They say they are referring my issue to other people but no one calls me back and my email has not been responded to. Guardian/Mod Box is great. The buildings are extremely clean, free of birds, insects, etc. in contrast to what I have seen at other storage places. I like the access system and have had no problems. The staff has been great when setting up my account and answering a few minor questions.
Great climate-controlled storage. Clean and safe. Easy access.
We cannot say enough great things about Guardian RV Storage! Security is excellent, plenty of room to maneuver your RV. Climate control is outstanding. Site has dumpster and Port-a-Potty on site which definitely comes in handy. Our only wish is it would be nice if they offered water for a fresh water tank fill. Guardian should be used as an example for other storage facilities to aspire to!
