Extremely clean and well organized facility
Perfect access. Perfect temp control to take care of a RV not set for winter wised. My wife and I can share the code. 5star!
The facility is state of the art. Its clean safe and we love the ease of entrance and exit through an ap.
My employees do not have access and all I can get on the phone is an AI assistant that cannot help with this matter. I tried logging onto the Avigilon website as your AI assistant instructed and I get a message on the website saying - "Oops! Your user profile currently has no permission to access this portal. If you feel this is in error, please contact an administrator for your Avigilon Alta account." I'd really like to add 2 new employees to this account and I need access to the app to do so. We've used them for over a year and almost everything is great, but the customer service reps are really not helpful with getting our employees set up with their access app. Having my employees call me to open the gate, then open the garage, then close everything twice a day is getting really annoying.
