Fred was very thorough with our termite treatment and explained everything that he was going to do prior to the application. Jeff arrived on time, as scheduled. He was very jovial and set out to asking us the pertinent questions so he could offer a proper inspection and not waste time searching around on his own. Very quickly Jeff identified a probable nest location and educated us on the different types of insecticides available for our infestation.
