Have had many issues with Guardian. Just this past week had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up, not even a phone call and this isn't the first time this has happened. Ended up doing my own pest control and worked much better than anything they did.
Jeff is ALWAYS thorough, on-time and friendly. He's taken care of our house for years and recently gave us terrific advice when we needed to have the basement cleaned up. His suggestions helped us to make the basement a healthy and clean environment.
Nick is very knowledgable and helpful. He answers my questions and is thorough. I never feel like he rushes to get in and out. I appreciate the individualized attention to helping me with my pest issue

I like this company a ton. I have been a customer for 3 years and couldn't be happier with their services. My technician Nick is always on time and helpful with any questions that I may have. The best thing about Guardian Pest Control is that they are a local company, so if I ever need an extra unscheduled service they are there within 24 hours. I would recommend Guardian to any one in the eastern part of Connecticut that needs an experienced, courteous, professional exterminator.
