RecommendedEstablishing service was easy the lady on the phone is very friendly. I use the bi-monthly service. They email me when they're coming out and I don't have to worry about when to set up an appt for our next treatment. They're on top of it. Fair cost and different payment options available.

The technician Christopher did a great job on evaluating the job at hand, explain what was going on and his solution to the problem. A very thorough job, very professional, would highly recommend in using Guardian and Christopher!

Nicholas was excellent. He inspected inside and outside of the house to find the source of the yellow jackets. We had 2 infestations of them. He explained what he was doing at all times and what products he was using. Nicholas was very nice and did a thorough job. We are glad to say that he solved the problem. Thank you!

Tech does a good job, usually the office staff gives good customer service...however today I called to find out about the process to get rid of bees,being I missed the Tech. Lynn was the person who took the call. She was so unprofessional and rude!!!! Literally screaming at me to let her talk when I was trying to explain the situation she was uninformed about! I asked the process for getting rid of the bees at my home. She had no information other than asking why do I need to know all I need to know is “he” took care of it! ... read more

We began with a yellow jacket problem which we thought we could eliminate with a streaming pesticide from the hardware store. When we finally decided we needed professional help we called Guardian. They had a technician in our area who was able to come to our home that same day. He, Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. If we ever had another pest control problem, I would certainly call Guardian.
Re; Cicada Killer Wasps. Called Guardian on Friday because another local competitor, with whom I had an appointment with for over 3 weeks, said they came to the house but no one was there (I was sitting in the kitchen all morning. ) and they could not return for another couple weeks.
