Currently seeking litigation against this company as they ignored Better Business Bureau and my emails ref a complaint for negligence in their inspection. Silence does not equal no accountability for missed rodent infestation and needed roof replacement (two seperate issues), not repair but replacement of the roof. If you have an issue post inspection, they ghost you. I paid for the inspection. Maybe this is because Im outside of Fairfax but still in VA.
Brad and Terry did an incredibly thorough job with the home inspection, making sure that we knew not only the issues with the home, but what fixing those issues would entail; as well as making sure we knew how everything functioned in our new home. Brad is thorough, honest, knowledgeable, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to home inspection. He provided us with an end-to-end home inspection and went through every nook and cranny with a fine toothed comb. He is also very personable and it was a pleasure working with him.
