I really like all the staff that worked with me.
I am in a dispute with Advance Home Care. They have my credit card number and overbilling me by $1110.00 According to my EBO from BCBS I only was responsible to pay $200.16 However because Advance Home Care can't seem to get billing done correctly to their business partners Guardian Home Health they are using my credit card to collect from me instead. BCBS has tried to get these 2 agencies to fix their payment problems. This is fraud. My card is closed now and I am due a refund of over $600 dollars. Never give a credit card ... read more
