We recently dropped off our 2023 Yukon AT4 for recall services and upon pickup, we were disappointed to find our meticulously maintained vehicle returned in a filthy condition, including a significant amount of caked-on bird poop down the side. The customer service experience was subpar. We will not be returning for future services or consider purchasing from this dealership.
