Had to take in the Volt today for the check engine light. Turned out it was just some software recalls and it’s back in business! Their courtesy shuttle dropped me off at home and picked me back up when it was done ... thanks, Luis! AND they sent me off with these complimentary gifts! I wouldn't even give them one star if I could leave that part blank. Chad in used cars and Jeff, his supervisor, cannot be trusted. They shook my hand and told me we had a deal. Then lied to me about some EPA sticker I had to get, which they had no idea how to obtain. I called another dealership and found out I could order it and was able to order one immediately, straight from Guaranty's own parts department. When I fulfilled my part, they dragged their General Manager in and said they cannot honor the deal. I took my truck... read more

We drove in to CALI from New Mexico and had trouble with our vehicle. Called these guys up and they got us in right away, fixed the issue and even washed our suburban! Super friendly associates and treated us like their only customer! Highly recommend!!!
