I’ve bought 6 trucks from Guaranty Chevrolet In Orange County, CA. Love their sales department. However, the service department SUCKS! I’ve brought my trucks here over and over and I never learn. They are the laziest most unhelpful people ever. I’ve talked to the service manager in the past they promise it will be different and every time it’s the same BS. I’m looking to buy a Tahoe and a HD diesel in the next 3 years and I might have to find a new dealer to work with. Guaranty Chevrolet SUCKS at customer service.
This was my first time going to this dealer to get an oil change for my car!! I want to take the opportunity to thank Leonardo Munos Jr. for attending me I did not had to wait for long to be attended he was very nice and professional also all the staff were very friendly!! We're very happy we bought our Tahoe from Guaranty Chevrolet. We saw a certified pre-owned model that was exactly what we wanted, so we went in that night to take a look. Test drove it and drove away in it that night. We noticed a minor paint issue on the roof a few days later, and we figured we'd be on the hook to fix it ourselves. We sent some photos over, and Guaranty went out of their way to not only fix it right, but give us a loaner in the meantime. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Terrible in every aspect. Customer service is probably the worst. And staffed by a bunch of crooks and liars that do anything to get your money. My suggestion is fire them all and restart. Matter fact just shut the whole building down. 0 stars.
