This place was definitely less expensive and more friendly than any of the other buy here places that I have dealt with in the past. Although my credit is not the best, they treated me with respect and trust and I really enjoy dealing with the owners. They were willing to work with me and I drove off very satisfied. I have not had any major problems with my vehicle or my payments, which are lower than what I paid with a major auto company. I definitely recommend this place. Plus my car will be paid off in three years!!!

On June 5th I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. It looked like they had many 5-10K cars to choose from. I was working with Chuck on a Ford Focus for her. Pat and Caroline are the best. They helped me get a car and also helped with some minor flaws in my vehicle. They went out of there way to make sure I was fully satisfied and Im very grateful for their help.

I LOVE THEM!!! Small business, attended by the owners, the sales lady is great too! Good inventory with low miles, and many finance programs!!! I had a Repo before, and I got apporved anyway!!! I recomend this place 100% and I will come back for sure!! :)

BUYER BEWARE – * * *READ* * *BEFORE * * * YOU* * * BUY* * * -I am the only person to blame for buying the vehilce I bought, please do not buy from this dealership. I Purchased a vehicle from Guaranteed Auto ( Who ironically do not Guarantee any of there vehicles ) you call yourself something you dont even practice? Dishonest Scam Artists – I bought a car from them that they claimed had no problems with it. This proved to be a lie as the car requires a new transmission. They seem to enjoy selling lemons to people without disclosing the problems with the cars. I highly recommend avoiding these scumbags and buying a car elsewhere.

Very Nice Car at A Good Price – My husband and I bought a 2002 Grand Prix from Guaranteed Auto on 6/1/2011 and it was a great experence. We had looked at many cars on Craigslist, and Auto Trader and were disappointed when we arrived that the cars were not as advertised or were in terrible condition. The other review is TRUE!!!Don't trust Nick Hart. – On 12/19/10, I won an eBay auction for a 2006 Ford Five Hundred sold by Guaranteed Auto. I contacted a salesman listed in the item information named Chuck and asked him straight out, "does the vehicle have any problems?" His said no, it was in excellent condition. I placed a deposit of $500.00 and would pay the remaining balance with a cashier's check and needed to know of any fees. He said there were none. I asked for Chuck and he handed me the keys.
