I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. It looked like they had many 5-10K cars to choose from. I was working with Chuck on a Ford Focus for her. From the time we pulled into the parking lot, Mr. Gary was there to greet and help us. He came out with a smile and a handshake. He wasted no time and helped us get into the car we wanted. As soon as I told him which car we were interested in (2003 BMW 745IL) he and his business manager worked so incredibly hard to put us in this car. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! BUY FROM THIS DEALER GUARANTEED AUTO INC THEIR CARS LOOK GOOD BUT DO NOT PERFORM UP TO STANDARD!!!! I BOUGHT A CAR AFTER SPECIFYING OVER AND OVER HOW RELIABLE IT WOULD NEED TO BE TO GET ME TO DAILY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. ALTHOUGH I WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK IT WAS NOT. A WEEK LATER THE CAR BROKE DOWN WITH EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS AND I WAS STUCK MANY MILES AWAY FROM HOME IN THE POURING RAIN. My husband and I bought a 2002 Grand Prix from Guaranteed Auto on 6/1/2011 and it was a great experence. We had looked at many cars on Craigslist, and Auto Trader and were disappointed when we arrived that the cars were not as advertised or were in terrible condition. This was not the case a Guaranteed Auto. We dealt with Mike as our sales person and he was very helpful and understood our budget and helped us get into this Grand Prix for our allowed budget. They worked with me, and their prices are lower than other places on Buford Hwy or Marietta....they have cars with low miles, and you can get the carfax for free online !!!! they dont hide anything!!! they even show you the screen!!! also, my car was making a funny noice afer I bought it, and it wasnt major, but they fixed for me when I dind't purchase any warranty !!! they worked with me to fit the payments into my budget !!! and the sales lady made me feel like a preson at all the times, I mean...when you go to these big f... read more
