My Guaranteed Auto experience has turned out well. When i bought the car I took it to the Infiniti Dealership in Roswell. Turns out Guaranteed Auto had spent close to 3 Thousand dollars on the car before I bought it.everything they told me was true.

they had a car that I really wanted to purchase. I must say that my experience with them was great! They had no problem with my husband [ a GM Master Tech] putting a scanner on the car that I wanted and inspecting it closely. They were efficient in getting the paperwork done. Gary was great to deal with. Their mechanic even went to the extent of endangering himself to stop traffic so that I could exit their lot safely. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

My Husband and I arrived to the dealer after been searching for cars for 2 weeks. The car looked exactly as it did online in the photos which was not the case at most dealers we shopped. We bought a Honda Accord and had a fast buying process with none of the expected used car dealer BS. They had the lowest priced car that was in the best shape. They had serviced the Honda which was nice they had their own service center on site.

I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. I ended up buying a 2011 Yukon Denali XL for myself from these guys. They were great!!! They are also helping me find a car for my daughter as well.

Went shopping for a SUV, ended up at Guaranteed Auto. They had what I wanted, 2003 Chevy Tahoe. Love it - great place to do business.

We bought a Dodge Caravan from Mike about a week ago. He was very to the point which is what we liked the most. Got a good deal with none of the typical used car dealer bs.

My husband and I have been trying to buy a car for our daughter to go off to college in for about a month. We wanted to build up her credit and have been to many dealers to get financed. Every dealer wanted to sell us a car and give us a good deal. When it came time to finance the car they wanted me or my husband to buy the car and not put our daughter on the loan. I got a used car from Guaranteed Auto in November of 2012. The day I got it (05 Maxima) the transmission locked up. I was scared that I'd been scammed. I called them and the finance manager John arranged for me a loaner car. They sent my car to Nissan for repair. They came out of pocket $4100 to fix my car. I couldn't of asked for more out of a buy here pay here. THANK YOU!
