Wow, what a great meal. We had the carne ahogada. Great flavor with lots of meat and a side of nice spicy salsa. The guacamole was made fresh for us and was perfect. The barbacoa taco was delicious, too. The horchata and jamaica were standouts. Service was attentive and professional. If you're looking for good Mexican food made with pride, try them out.
We didn't know that this was a primarily take out place. However, they did have seating on the sidewalk. We weren't familiar with all of the dishes, which weren't like "traditional" Mexican restaurants. The gentleman who took our order patiently explained the menu and made some good selections for us. We ate and watched a portion of Pasco pass by.
This is by far the best chili verde and tamale I’ve had in the PNW. The rib meat was so tender. The salsas are delicious. The refried beans were perfect. The hibiscus drink was refreshing and not too sweet. The owner is so nice and explained the culture of the food. We felt very taken care of. I’m going to tell everyone I know to come here.
