Honestly obsessed with this place 😍 the food was so good and the staff made me feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back!
Terrible experience at Guac Mexi Grill. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and I noticed employees using the same gloves while preparing burritos without changing them. To make things worse, I found hair in my enchilada. Communication with some staff was also very difficult, which made ordering frustrating. Definitely not a place I’d return to.
Well it was my first time there at that location here in Kitchener. And as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the lovely staff there that also worked and made my food. She was very nice and I have no problem explaining what the different food items were. The atmosphere was awesome the food was great. And for sure I would recommend this for others that are down that way. And I am going to go again no question about that.

I think the staff has changed—the employees are very welcoming now. When it comes to food, it feels so fresh and crispy. The only thing they could improve is the quantity, which could be a bit better.
