We decided to go to GT auto sales and JAMES and MARK were amazing since they helped us out in every posible way to get the car we wanted. We left very happy with our New Car Chevy Cruze and we definitely come back to get a second car. We highly recommend this place
This is the WORST dealership. The shop is even worse! Super disgusting and the shop workers and manager lie! They tried to rip us out of a lot of money because they said our warranty didn't cover repairs. So I called the warranty company and everything was covered but they never called to open a claim! This whole place is a joke. And the manager is super unprofessional and rude. That being said, Joon is amazing and a amazing salesman. I've been to a lot of bad dealerships but this one is the biggest rip off and scam.

Your warranty company had contacted us, and asked for our approval for VW to move forward with repairs, as your repair had been approved for us to do. They also informed us, that the VW dealership was $400.00 more, for the same repair. Haven't been in Washington for about a year now purchased a car from here about 2 1/2 years ago cars been paid off for about 1 year now and today they charged my credit card for 60$ fucking piece of shit scammers. So whoever purchases from here beware they will keep taking money off your cards in little amounts so you won't notice.
Treats you like family and loves making friends and will do anything to make sure you can get into a car. Amazing people. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Mique you are the man!!!

After going to multiple car lots on South Tacoma way, these guys stood out and were amazing! Paul and Eric were very helpful and made miracles happen. We ended up trading in our jeep and getting into a smaller affordable car. Their customer service was impeccable! As I'm only 21 with limited credit history, it is hard to get a good rate with the budget I have. I honestly was expecting to walk away with a "first time buyer" rate. But Erik and James hooked it up for me and worked hard to get me something I could work with. The financing all around is fantastic to the general rate all the way to warranty and gap protection.
