James went that extra step and made our car buying about us and not about a sale. We were in and out with approved financing at better rates than our own bank offered for us. I would give this place no stars if I could. First time I went in this dealship they was trying to pressure me into something I didn’t want to buy, I decided to go back because my bestfriend worked there. asking to much, didn't know the correct information about the car, wasn't truthful about information about the car, there were several small things wrong with the car that would have needed fixed. Then was rude when I decided against the car and tried bullying me into getting the car.
