I've lived in 1 of their properties for a year and a half, I've had issues with septic in the past they hesitantly sent someone to fix and said next time was my responsibility. Refrigerator is from around 1980 or so and leaks, I've already fallen once do to water. They sent their maintenance man to clean it! Its still here. I asked for the vanity in the hall bathroom be replaced from water damage and their just Rude and don't know how to speak to tenants.
