Effective procedures in place to protect patients and staff. I missed seeing Jan, but Cici did a great job with cleaning. Dr. Sill did his usual patient, competent job, this time doing some reconstruction on a couple of teeth. A very good experience in a scary time.

Dr. G is the best I've been going to him for many many years. He always has a way to make it seem less scary when you go to the dentist. And he's very skilled also.

GS Dental is great. The entire staff is great. Everyone is kind and professional.
Implementation of your waiting room protocols for covid 19 were haphazard and increased my risk of exposure. I did not feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room for nearly 30 minutes prior to being let into the work areas. My understanding of the purpose of the process of waiting in the car to be called in is to minimize the risk of too many people congregating in the waiting area. I'm so sorry you had a disturbing visit with us. Your dental hygienist was running behind due to an emergency the doctor had to deal with, thus putting him behind in getting to patient before you for an exam. I agree, that someone should have been monitoring that and given you the option to wait in your car. We are handling a lot at once, with phones, temperature monitoring and questioning protocol to get patients back with their providers in a timely fashion. it was a great visit and everything I needed was done very well and in a timely manner, Dr. Giombolini was fantastic and a really nice guy, I would recommend them highly and being able to support a local family owned business is always the best way to go, Support our independent local businesses
