You Guys are doing great with Covid! Except for one thing. They do believe it is airborne. Your receptionist should keep her mask on at all times unless she asks a customer and her colleagues if it’s OK if she takes it off. The plexiglass is not 100% protective for the customers because it is not a full window it’s just hanging there.

I'm sorry you witnessed that rule not being followed in that moment. While I understand that wearing the mask constantly is taxing, the rule is the rule. No one would call going to the dentist "fun", but GS Dental makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The staff is always professional yet warm and welcoming. Dr. Giombolini is great, but honestly what keeps me coming back is the dental hygienist, Corine (I hope I spelled her name right). She is the epitome of compassion and customer service.
