RecommendedThis hospital is outstanding in the care you will receive! The nursing staff is excellent and The doctors are excellent, friendly and are focused on getting their patients well again! Also GBMC has a great atmosphere! It's A Win Win for everyone young & old!
I had 2 visits in the ladr 3 months(?) and I was in Unit 34. Both times I had excellent care except on Aug 30 2018 I was being discharged to go Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover. Pa. I was still in bed and the CNT(?) came in and a/o warning reached over pulled the top blanket off snagging my foot. She had no idea what I was there for or what type of injury. Went to the ER and my cell phone was stolen in my room!!! Staff was unhelpful and the Administrative Asst. to the president was very rude when I called to get some assistance. Please go to Hopkins- GBMC does not care about their patients!
I love this hospital. I had my daughter couple weeks ago and the team was amazing, they made sure I was comfortable and they took good care of me. I give them a 10 Star

I was seen at GBMC today for severe stomach pain. Every person I encountered was amazing and extremely pleasant. Especially Ann Parks and my nurse Carmen. Best hospital experience ever. I will drive twice the distance to your facility than my closest hospital!
Absolutely amazing hospital. So glad we chose GBMC for my husbands joint replacement surgery. The entire staff,along with RN's April & Cindy on Unit 58, PT Staff and ortho surgeon, Dr James Johnston...absolutely flawless! Wonderful experience.
