RecommendedCame into GBMC this weekend and couldn't have asked for better service. I hurt my foot at home and as I was walking into the hospital fell because of the pain. One off duty GBMC employee and an RN student rushed to help me. Getting registered was a breeze. I was brought into x ray almost immediately and diagnosed with two fractures in my foot. Everyone from the technicians to the nurses, P.A.s and doctors were incredible. Thank you for making an awful morning bearable.
This hospital is so great! One of my kids had her 3 surgeries here! Both my kids also go there, for a few other things. Anyway, very very good hospital! My babies are well taken care of there!!
My father has been lying in bed for 4 days and hasn't been moved. OT saw him the day after surgery and hasnt been in since. So I guess pts don't get treated on weekends and holidays. Communication is awful. They called my mother to to bring my father in for pre-op testing........WHEN he was already in surgery. Pre-op nurse noted that he had blood clots in his legs from a pregnancy.

My husband received terrible treatment from the emergency room. I put in a grievance report, I had to keep calling them. In the end, I never got a bill delivered to my house. It went straight to collections. How is that possible. We in the past, like GBMC, not now. Now after 3 months, still trying to straighten this out! #stjoesfromnowon!!!!!
