I can’t believe this woman is a nurse employed at this hospital. Disgusted. I hope this hospital does the right thing and fires her!!! How can someone with such little compassion and morality be a nurse?

Dr. Scott Supplee delivered my two boys and he is hand down the most amazing doctor at GBMC! Everyone in his office is so sweet and caring I just loved my experience with both of my pregnancies. He really knows his stuff! My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he gave us. It was truly an outstanding experience delivering with him and being in the care of the Labor and Delivery department/ nursery care at GBMC. This is the worst hospital with the most incompetent staff. I have diabetes and my blood sugars were high. They were giving me meals and only two units of insulin. I knew I needed more than that so I used my own and did more (my blood sugars finally dropped when I took over). They didn’t bring my breakfast until 10:45 and at 11:30 brought my lunch. my every experience here is always VERY PLEASANT IT MUST BE SOMETHING IN THE WATER HERE BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE STAFF EVERY TIME I COME HERE WITH MY CLIENT AND RECENTLY FOR MYSELF THE ATTITUDES OF THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE THESE PEOPLE. REALLY LOVE THEIR JOB AND WHAT THEY DO AND EVIDENTLY THE CUSTOMERS I CHOOSE GBMC OVER ALL HOSPITALS THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT OFFERING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

One star. Why am I receiving hospital bills from a physician that saw my son in the ER when my insurance paid for the visit? I mean that is illegal right? I believe it’s called Accepting assignment.

No one likes hospitals but if you have to chose be here. The staff, without exception from doctors to transportation are friendly, kind and supportive. This is the quietest hospital I have ever stayed in. None of the middle of the night, bright lighted cacophony you usually have. And the food is actually pretty good!! As a vegetarian I appreciated my options and was pleased that EVERY meal arrived warm, and in some cases hot!! Good job GBMC. If I have to be hospitalized I will chose you.

I was treated at GBMC OR, b/c GBMC is in the Cigna network. Drs Sternlicht Townsend Zirkin is not, which is puzzling and very disappointing. They billed me nearly $1000 to read my films. I called their office several times, but could not get a call back. So, I paid them – which was not easy for me to do. But they continue to send me bills, threatening legal action. I mailed them proof of my checks clearing. Still they send me bills and threats. I understand that they may not be on your staff, but they still represent GBMC. S... read more

I was grossly neglected, physically/mentally abused, and my safety was NEVER guaranteed/maintained resulting in serious injury. GBMC is "sorry". Yes, GBMC. You ARE sorry.
