I am easily riled when it comes to matters involving my child, but things like his teeth really get me anxious. The staff worked hard to ease my concerns and offer insights that might help. I appreciated being spoken to as a partner in care rather than as an ignorant bystander.
Dr. Elliott and the office staff had our son feeling like he was at home. No tears!
I appreciate the calmness of the doctors and staff when interacting with my child who was terrified to get an X-ray let alone a cavity filled. The experience was fabulous, she was calm throughout the procedures and we look forward to coming back!!
Excellent experience! Dr. Elliot and the hygienist made my daugther very comfortable. Since we arrived at the clinic, we felt very welcome. The staff knows how to handle kids. Dr. Elliot is very knownledgeable & professional.
The best pediatric dentist office in Chicago! The administrative staff along with Dr. Kristin Elliot and Dr Reena Shaw are exceptionally warm and welcoming. Their affection towards children is commendable! My daughter feels safe and secure because Dr. Kristin Elliot explains everything that she's going to do before she does it. It's wonderful and reassuring to know that your child feels safe and unafraid in the dentist chair!
Dr Shah and staff are wonderful at Growing Smiles. My son on the other hand was scared to death. Not sure why. Last time we were there it was a pleasant experience. He was hysterical and I had to hold him down. And it was just a cleaning! Poor guy. They did everything they could to persuade him but to no avail. Better luck next time!
Love Dr. Kristin and so do the girls. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants are wonderful and I can not recommend them enough.
Dr Kristin Elliot and her team made our 19mo old son's first trip to the Dentist absolutely wonderful! They all took exceptional care of him and truly made it a fun and exciting experience for him. I would HIGHLY recommend this office, it's immaculate as well. PURE PROFESSIONALISM & EXCELLENCE!!
We love visiting Growing Smiles. Dr. Shah has a wonderful way with children, she is truly a pleasure.
