My daughter's experience at Growing Smiles was absolutely wonderful! With its upbeat decor and the toys in the foyer the place was welcoming and calming right from the start. My 4-year old was having two cavities filled on our very first visit to the practice and everyone was very cognizant of making her feel comfortable. We were new to the practice and we were an emergency visit. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Doctor Elliott had a great way with our child and we were very comfortable with the care. We will return and recommend others.
We expected many tears from our 2 year old who had never been to the dentist before and who is notorious for throwing a meltdown at the doctor, but Dr. Kristin was wonderful and got my daughter through it with minimimal tears. I was amazed at how easy it was. Dr. Kristin was VERY kid friendly and even sang happy birthday to my daughter while cleaning her teeth to keep her happy. In addition, she was very informative and gave great tips on keeping our daughters teeth clean and cavity free. I highly recommend Growing Smiles!
I was very impressed with this dentist office. I brought my almost 3 year old son. He immediately began playing with the mouth parts puzzle and enjoyed the rest of the toys. He was seen within 10 minutes of his scheduled time. The dentist and assistant had my son giggling throughout the cleaning. I'm sure the flat screen TV above the chair will make him want to return soon!
Such friendly staff and dr put child at great ease. She can't wait to go back!
The staff was friendly, informative and efficient. As for Dr. Kristin Elliot, she was fabulous. . .as always! I very much appreciate the time she takes to tell me what happened during my daughter's procedure and what needs to be done going forward. There is also a follow-up call to see how the patient is doing - which is a plus in my book. Overall, this is a great play and dental space for kids, staff is competent and Dr. Elliot not only does EXCELLENT work but she knows how to connect with her patients and their parents too... read more
