Wow what a nice group at Grovewood Dental everyone is so friendly and professional. They really know how to make you feel welcome as a new patient.
They are not honest with you! Had confusion with my insurance and they did not tell me that they were in network with my insurance company. Since they had said my insurance company was in network, i decided to do the procedure and eventually ended up paying 2x more than what I would've at a place where my insurance would've been in network with. I chose this dental office based on the reasons combined that I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and my dear friend Ashley works here. I'm so glad I did. This office really caters to patients to ensure comfort and ease any anxiety one might have about going to the dentist. They offer headphones with pandora, tvs, blankets, pillows. Dr Schotts is extremely gentle and patient while explaining all treatment options. �
Dr. Schott and her staff are friendly, patient and helpful. You are always greeted with a friendly face. She is straight forward and by that I mean she only fixes what needs to be fixed. Some dentists are like auto mechanics and want to tell you everything is wrong and the total to fix it all is an outrageous amount. You will not get that from her. She genuinely cares for what is best for your health.
