I had a 9:30 appt. They call two day before to remind me of my appt.. never saiding that they were separate from Kaiser so I with to the Rancho Kaiser. They informed me that I didn't have a appt with them check the message they left. Zone over to the location the waiting room was horrible standing room only every seat taken the receptionist look at me and ask if I had a question I said no I have a appointment (Rude). I had to go to Grove Diagnostic because my insurance didn’t have any available appointments. The staff was courteous and kind. My X-ray technician Mimi was the bomb! Nice, friendly, explained what she was doing the whole time. I would go back.

The wait is entirely too long!! the technician was asking personal questions which I do not appreciate it!a because of HIPAA was none of his business. And the wait is entirely ridiculous !!!! one and a half hours or two hours horrible!! Place full of people just waiting , who knows what you can catch or breathe in while you're waiting there hard to find a seat!!!! Hate having to go there!!!! Cannot make appointments and if you do it's 2 weeks away it's ridiculous!!! Never a good experience there
