Efficient and swift service!
I went for a CT lung scan this morning at the one on Haven. My appt was for 7:45 and they said check in by 7:30. I got there 20 minutes early, did the paperwork and was promptly called at 7:30. I was back in my car on on the way home at 7:45. Best service I have ever received.

I had a 4:30 pm MRI scheduled and was asked to arrive at 4:15 pm to fill out my paperwork.. At 4:30 I was walking to the MRI area and at 5:15 I was driving home. Yes a very busy place, but with appointments very to the clock. The front room people were working fast, efficiently, professionally, and respectfully. My MRI tech was quick, very nice, professional and did all she could to ensure my comfort along with the viability of all my images. Very pleased with my one hour MRI quest at Grove Diagnostics!

The staff is friendly and they tell you ahead of time that they cant estimate a wait time...so expect to wait aehile especially if theyre busy.Its best to go early but if you have to do an ultrasound you must make an appt. Once called to the back its really quick...
