Took no time at all. People at the front desk where wonderful.
This evening was my first experience at this location (on Grove). I am however familiar with Grove Diagnostics on Haven. Front desk attendant was super understanding of my urgency, due to my shortness of breath. I mentioned that I’m in the midst of an active, rather challenging asthma flare (which was also obvious by my difficulty in speaking). Needed a chest X-ray right away. Very nice friendly people the employees try to help you as much as they can good service
I waited 3 1/2 hours for a 10 minute X-Ray. The Tech was more than professional, he was friendly and apologetic. However he was by himself and while I was there he must have done 75 procedures. Clerks were also very nice. But really don’t you have a tech on call? If not, you need more than one person after 4pm. This was my first time. It’s nice to have a place I can go after work, but you need more staff.
I usually go to upland lab but for some reason they were closed.. Butt I was pleased with the staff because they tried there best to accommodate everyone needs , by taking everyone in fast. The back stFf we're far.. the front staff to just a little more patience.. Thank you
I got a way to get people in and out a lot faster than waiting 3 hours
The only thing that they had going for them was a polite staff at the desk. The wait time was horrendous! It took me 4 hours and 45 minutes to get a 2-minute xray. Not to mention there is not near enough seats in that room for most of the people in there. If people have to wait that long you should at least provide water and some type of snacks so we don't starve to death and die of thirst.
RecommendedMy MRI went smoothly, and the person helping me took really good care of me. I was notified in between each pause how long each segment would take. It was over before I knew it.
