wonderful staff! had an appointment and got out in great time.
We lasted 3 hours on standby, upon arrival the receptionist said it would only be an hour. Which were two hours apart, that's a lack of moral, let wait so long, we were not many people waiting, rather I feel that the staff is not right, more stop taking your lunch hour, and keep leaving on hold. I think that for all our time is valuable. There were 3 patients who came out upset for the same reason. More prepared people are needed there.
