Customer service at Grove Diagnostics is very poor. I had an appointment that had been confirmed via text and when I arrived at my appointment for MRI they told me my appointment was for a different time. The lady that checked me in logged I to my account and said another person had tried to call me the day before to confirm my appointment but there was no answer nor voice mail to leave message. My MRI was marked “URGENT”. I was told this meant the MRI would be done within 24 hours. At the time the MRI was ordered my arm would not move and when the Dr. tried to move it, it was excruciatingly painful. The MRI was done today, a month after seeing the Dr. My arm is no longer stuck so not sure what the MRI is going to tell us now or how accurate it will be. I’m totally frustrated with the way this has been handled.
The people working r nice and respectful and helpful. The number one problem is waiting to be called. Two hours is too much. There should be more people doing the job in there. i like your office better in Heaven Ave
