Fast and courteous, very professional.
I went today to grove branch it was 3:45 PM they suppose to close at 4:00 PM on mondays. they did not see us because the technition has to leave by 4 and there was no manager or supervisor just the two ladies in the front desk !!! they told me to go to grove to do XRAY over there , when I went there, there were at least 25 person waiting there turn and the waiting time was three hours does it make since for a child just came from school wait 3 hours ?
they care about there patians and that's what I like coming there

Front desk wonderful girls Technician very polite. All my experience with them wonderful.
Did not wait long nice and clean
very friendly and caring employees. they take the time to explain everything to you and make sure all your questions are answered. they check how your doing throughout the procrdure. very professional from start to finish
I have been going to Grove for so many years customer service is great except the wait has never changed it will always be at least 3 hours long for a walkin and at least an hour even with an appointment
