I prepaid for services that weren’t all done and requested a refund for the stuff they didn’t do.. that was almost 3 months ago! Keep getting the run around about how refunds have to go through so many people.. I don’t care if it had to go through 100 people, there’s no excuse for it to take this long. Also haven’t gotten a call back after the last time I called to check the status. Poor customer service! Didn’t care for the specialist that did the work either! Not comforting and I won’t be back :/
The team got me in same day I called. Got me taken care of quickly. The treatment recommendation from Dr Balshe was clear, and he gave me all my options. But most importantly, he soothed my anxiety by educating me thoroughly. I appreciate knowing all the details. Awesome service from the entire team!

I was very anxious and nervous because of past not so good experiences every one here took time to hear me and my fears, within 15 minutes my nervousness subsided and I trusted them. I even had work done today that I have been putting off for at least 3 years. Thank you for all you did for me !! Can’t wait to come back and finish all my treatment and get my teeth healthy again �
