his is the most wonderful company. A few weeks ago my main spring on one of my garage doors broke and they actually came that very same day to replace it. Being a recent widow that type of service gains applause from me. Then a few mins ago I spoke with Mark about my remote garage door openers not being in operation. I thought this company was going to be my standby garage door folks. I had a appointment this morning at 10 am for installation. ...NO CALL AND NO SHOW. I have called 3 times and received voice mail. I made arrangements to have someone at the house for service so yoh have not only aggravated me but inconvenienced my family. LATER!
