I am absolutely impressed with Grove City Garage Door Inc and they now have customers for life! I called and Mark answered the phone. They happened to be closed already but instead of leaving me having to call an expensive 24 hour place he called his brother to see if he could come over and look at it. I emailed CG Garage Door at 10:30 pm on a Sunday evening, explaining one of our lift cables had snapped & the door was ajar. A technician was at our house before 8:30 am the next morning & had two new cables installed & all moving parts lubed in less than 30 minutes. I'm super impressed & very appreciative for their quick service!
The spring broke on my garage door with my stuck inside. I called two other companies but neither could come until the next day and the cost I was quoted was over $500. I called Grove City Garage Door and someone was out to fix my broken spring within the hour and the cost was half the other companies. I can’t say enough great things about the service I received!
