After attempting to have two replacement door panels installed (or even scheduled) over the course of 60+ days, multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails (all but two were returned) I called again today to get an idea of when I could expect our doors to be installed, the owner didn’t know who I was and didn’t know what garage doors I was even referring to, let alone whether they had been ordered or were in and ready to install. Thank you for the review. However, the door was not installed by Grove City Garage Door, and we didn't want to get into the middle of the warranty complaint. We were only trying to be helpful to a long time customer. The garage door that was installed isn't the correct size, and was incorrectly installed.
Recommendedinstalled a new opener and new springs. they were polite, professional and reasonably priced.
