The location is fantastic. The apartments themselves are nice with upgraded features. Very quiet overall. I have lived here for three years and have rarely heard any noise from neighbors. Unfortunately, the bathrooms do not have tile surrounds in the bath/showers. Not sure why they have that in the description. Close to some shopping and restaurants. I would recommend.

I spoke with Kaitlyn at Camden Franklin Apartments on the phone today and she was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! She is Soooo Kind and Knowledgeable! If Camden Franklin complex is anything like Precious Kaitlyn, then I pray that a 3 Bedroom downstairs by the pool comes available!:) Thank you, Kaitlyn for your help and kindness! Since Camden Franklin Apartments took over, my experience has been excellent. The staff has been friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to care about the community. From what I’ve seen, they’re working hard, and the improvements to the landscaping have been outstanding. The property is starting to look as beautiful as it did four years ago, and it’s great to see that level of commitment. Hands-down, the ladies who manage these apartments (Annie and Pille just to name a few) are beyond phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond for my husband and I while we lived there 3 years. I cannot tell you how their customer service has made living at these apartments so peaceful and enjoyable. We have moved since, but I will say, the staff at the Grove has been unbeatable to any other place we’ve rented from. I previously lived here at these apartments for a couple years had to relocate due to my job when I knew I was gonna move back to Franklin Tennessee. I absolutely knew I wanted to move back to this apartment community and complex.
