Corporate owned garbage. The staff is nice, and so are the apartments themselves. Fees galore, though. Tells me all I need to know. No care for the actual people that live there, but rather their money. Greed at its finest.
Just moved into Shadow Green here and we really like it. Pille and Emily were so supportive and made the process virtually seamless. It has been a joy making this place a home and we look forward to many more memories here!
Awful place, horrible management, apartments literally falling apart, would never ever recommend, places is right next to a jail, and they claim to be „luxury apartments“. Staff smokes at pool. DIRTY COMPLEX. Rent at your own risk.🤮🤮
I cannot say enough about the property manager Annie!! She has gone out of her way to make sure that my requests were not a bother and to ensure that they were taken care of!! I thank God for her! She really doesn’t her best to make sure our property runs smoothly and that communication is clearly stated!!! Thank you Annie!!
I have lived at The Grove at Shadow Green for over 8 yrs now. The first couple of years the management team was not as attentive as they are now. It has become a beautifully landscaped, well kept and clean, friendly neighbors and safe community by far. Just minutes from historic downtown Franklin. I have made this great area my home.
