I have lived at The Grove at Shadow Green for over 8 yrs now. The first couple of years the management team was not as attentive as they are now. It has become a beautifully landscaped, well kept and clean, friendly neighbors and safe community by far. Just minutes from historic downtown Franklin. I have made this great area my home.
We lived here for over two years and were absolutely amazed by the team of people who worked here and made this place feel like home for our family. The maintenance team is hands down the nicest and most helpful group of people. Anytime a request was put in it was handled swiftly. Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind, we loved that they seemed to know everyone’s name and made a point to speak to everyone they passed by on the grounds. Pille, one of the sales agents here at the Grove, was just amazing to deal with. She's super nice, and she truly went above and beyond to try and help us get an apartment. I'd consider yourself lucky to have her as a contact there.
I’ve now lived here for over a year. The management has been nothing short of spectacular. I got in this place at a time when my entire life was completely upside down due to divorce. They worked with me and made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I’ve had little to no issues here, but the issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally, the way a respectable company should deal with issues. I am happy living here. Great neighbors. Great people.
Just “toured” the place. Had an appt and the leasing agent showed up 15mins late. Went to a similar apartment that would of course a “little” more. One communal door to the building. Corona bottle cap one the walk way. Walked in the building smashed soda can on the stairs, stuck candy on the floor. Some kinda of stains on the wall. Walked in the apartment and smelled like cat and paint. Dark and sad looking. Nothing like the pictures. Anything from “timeless and elegant”. More time forgotten and dirty.
