Since Camden Franklin Apartments took over, my experience has been excellent. The staff has been friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to care about the community. From what I’ve seen, they’re working hard, and the improvements to the landscaping have been outstanding. The property is starting to look as beautiful as it did four years ago, and it’s great to see that level of commitment. Hands-down, the ladies who manage these apartments (Annie and Pille just to name a few) are beyond phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond for my husband and I while we lived there 3 years. I cannot tell you how their customer service has made living at these apartments so peaceful and enjoyable. We have moved since, but I will say, the staff at the Grove has been unbeatable to any other place we’ve rented from. I previously lived here at these apartments for a couple years had to relocate due to my job when I knew I was gonna move back to Franklin Tennessee. I absolutely knew I wanted to move back to this apartment community and complex. My experience here previously was amazing .Emily the office manager is very polite ,respectful and responsive.I absolutely love this apartment complex and community feeling that it brings .The residents that live here are so friendly and so welcoming. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. I absolutely love the exterior elevation w/stone as well as the exterior and interior paint colors. The amenities are fabulous, especially the rec room with pool table. The community is beautiful, especially with the pond and fountain and lots of scenic areas to walk my dog. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. It is very peaceful and I really love living here. Corporate owned garbage. The staff is nice, and so are the apartments themselves. Fees galore, though. Tells me all I need to know. No care for the actual people that live there, but rather their money. Greed at its finest.
