RecommendedI love this apartment!!! I came to Painting with a Twist with a friend who lives here and the event was catered, alcohol catered, and so much fun. A fun community and a great event. I’d move here in a heartbeat!!

I’ve only been here about a month but so far it’s quiet and clean. The community is extremely friendly and so is the staff.
The Grove has been such a nice place to live. The location is convenient to nearly everything in the city, and the grounds are beautiful and quiet.
I have been at The Grove at Deane Hill for over 2 years now and absolutely love living here! The location is perfect, in west Knoxville by west town mall. The complex is beautiful and the apartments are kept in tip top shape! All the girls in the leasing office are very pleasent and helpful, and the pool is my favorite part. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Knoxville!
I enjoy living here at The Grove at Deane Hill the community is very quiet and clean.The area is very awesome,very close and convenient to every shopping center and mall.I give this place a thumbs up 👍🏻.
I have lived at The Grove for 2 months and have loved every second of it! The maintenance men are great and attentive (and are very nice to my kitty.) The office staff is great and answer every question I've ever had in a very timely manor. The pool is absolutely beautiful and they take care of their residents through food trucks and events every month! You can't beat the location. 10/10 would recommend.
Great apartment complex and friendly staff! We have lived here for 2 years and they are always continuing to make improvements for the residents. Every maintenance request is handled very quickly. And not to mention...a great pool to hangout at during the summer! Overall, can’t beat it with the perfect location near Kingston Pike, the mall, and the interstate!
