Took my 15month old for hip X-rays, the staff was super nice! We were in and out in 10min!
The place is clean but I made an appointment. They told me to come an hour early for paperwork that took 10 mins. Then on top of that they took others on front of me because of their situations so I waited almost another hour. Was not pleased because I was their for a bad back.
Very organized, fast and efficient. My son needed an X-ray and we were in and out within 25 minutes. Very pleasant staff and friendly X-ray technician.
It was ok but the people in the front have attitudes. Like the people inside better
Regardless of the terrible service I received on the phone making my appointment, the face to face service was excellent! The techs are so nice, and genuinely care about you, the person. I was in and out in no time. Thank you Grove imaging for all you do, it is much appreciated.
Having a appointment made the process so easy. 210pm was my � in time was done by 230pm.
I spent 3+ hours waiting at Grove at San Bernadino because they don't take appts. I still hadn't had my xray and I had to leave. Then I found out that at Haven you get an appt. I was in and out in about 30 mins. AND the people there were so nice!
The worst experience ever No one should go there! rude Rude..!!!! not professional
