The staff was great , treated us well !! Cant complain ! We were in n out with no problem .
Wouldnt assist me because I was 5 min late.Took longer then that to find a parking avoid this place if possible.Staff are lazy and rude. 3rd time having a problem here.If they dont like their job they should quit
I love my Grove Imaging Girls!! Liz, Jeannine, Debbie, Alexis, all awesome staff. Sometimes the lady at the check in isn't so pleasant but she may just need a hug and Basic Instinct. Thanks for taking care of all my ultrasounds, ct scans, MRI's, and Mammos, these past couple of years!
I went to the one on haven, it was amazing! Everyone was friendly and it was clean
Staff is rude, really rude! People checking you in are lazy and give you attitude if you don't know the answer to their questions. The billing person will not leave her seat, instead she will keep sending the desk person back to relay the answer to your questions. Even the technician was rude.

It would be nice if the front desk person was more friendly and not rude when you ask if you could at least fill out forms until the X-ray side officially opens like the actual grove on grove but no she doesn't want to go beyond her duties to help move along the patients. I asked can't I just start filling it out so the person is not behind and I can at least not be here all day. She is being rude to other patients as well. It's really nice when front desk direct you when you ask for help or any questions because that's all about for. I guess , not to give attitude and that's what been happened to me really bad experience.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. 2-2 1/2 hr wait for an x-ray. Unacceptable. We waited 2 hrs for a 5 min procedure. I will avoid this place like the plague.
