Had an appt. At 4.10. I was in and out bu 4.07. Both receptionist and x-tech awesome.
The gentleman who did my chest x-ray was fantastic. What a great person. Please check to see who it was and let him know to keep up the great work.
Thank goodness I got to my appointment early! I realized that I left my order and the Assistant at the front desk allowed me to go home, since it was close. Got back in time and was called within 5 minutes. Thank you all for your patience and service �
I was the last appt. for the night but the receptionist and MRI tech were engaged with me and walked me thru everything before, or as it was done. The procedure was NOT fun, but from the IV for contrast, to walking me thru each step while I was being scanned, they made it as pleasant as possible. Clean waiting room and restroom and I arrived as their last patient at 9 pm. Hope I don't have to go back anytime soon, but great customer service up till the time I walked out the door after 10 pm.
Wait was about 30 min after that I was in and out. Very clean
I rated a 5 I had X Rays done to my left shoulder today it took at least 5 to 8 minutes. The X-ray technician was very polite and very professional. The office is very clean and the receptionist are pleasant and very professional as well. I recommend Grove Advanced imaging.
