Company replaced grout on shower floor 15 days ago. Upon arrival at my residence, representative stated that shower would be ready for use in 24 hours. Fifteen days later grout is still not dry. Company has been unresponsive to requests for follow-up assistance.
Grout Superior did an exceptional job on my tile floors and countertops. I was amazed when they finished. The floor and countertops looked just like they did when they were first installed 20 years ago. The company owner, Ivan, does what he says he will do and does it with the utmost integrity.
