I have highly enjoyed coming to groups recovery in so many ways, it has helped me to learn and understand the process of addiction. Step by step I have realized that I am not alone and that it's ok if I make a mistake ,don't dwell on it and beat .yself up and to stop realize what I did and to get right back-up and start the a new day and move on.
