This company has been nothing but trouble. Kimberly is the agent assigned to my project and she has been monumentally unresponsive to my questions and concerns. The installers damaged my house and the company agreed to reimburse me the $1,200 repair and now refuses to do reimburse me even though I have provided the proof they asked for. The panels were installed November 2019 and the system is still not working now in May 2020. My experience with Group Solar couldn't go any better than it did. My sales man was amazing, came back 4 times to answer questions and ease my concerns. The install was smooth and actually went much better than expected. The sales pitch that is given is 100% accurate. I must say that I am totally ecstatic that I pay to produce my own energy and no longer have astronomical bills with my electric provider. If you DONT use Group Solar for your solar panels you are making a very big mistake.

I'm so happy that I made the change to Solar Panels! At first I was very skeptical, because I waited a long time for the final process, "getting everything up and running", but now when I get my light bills every month, I now have a smile on my face. I don't have to worry about keeping my home cool in the summer anymore. Glad I switched to renewable energy!... I can even use my electric heaters on on the cold sunny days, so my Gas furnace doesn't have the run anymore.
Good. Waiting for tech to come by and verify that everything is working to it's best.
