Group Solar USA gave reasonably accurate estimations and prompt service. Even when there were some timing issues, they did their utmost to help us and make sure everything was resolved in a timely manner.
Stay away from Group Solar USA! If you want solar panels you should find a better way to do it. Group Solar gives no customer service. I took a loan to pay for my panels back in 1/2018 and it is now 9/2019, I’m paying both, Con Edison and the loan. They ignore my phone calls and lie about the service. My sales rep. can’t help me because he himself left the company. My property tax was not yet filled by them, they owe me NYSERDA, and they promised to pay for all my Con Edison bills but I didn’t yet see a red cent towards it. ... read more
Group Solar installed the panels on our roof and helped us through the process of getting them approved. They also helped us get some financial incentives from the federal and state governments. We're happy we had the panels installed. Some months we pay no electricity bill, and during the summer - when we use more electricity due to AC - our electricity bill is very low. Glad to be using renewable energy resources.

Group Solar USA is a great thing to have. Solar panels work well, and solar power is a great alternative to fossil fuel. I've been using it all summer and its absolutely great. It saves so much money.

Installation was done professionally and the salesman was A1. The only issue we had was that the city inspector couldn't wait 3 minutes for us to arrive home and give access. Very good company.
